I'm managing partner of Touchstone Strategic Law. We provide legal expertise tuned to help startups and small businesses grow. I bring the perspective of having cofounded a software company, serving as general counsel and COO.

I want to help creative people realize their visions and build great companies in the process. My partner, Elizabeth Norman, is a tax specialist, who can provide money-saving perspective on transactions and business formation.
